ICE 9 was developed in early 2002 as a getaway from the cold cutthroat games of tournament boards. It is meant to be a small piece of nostalgia that reminds the user of the Golden Age of Tradewars when you dialed up to a bbs, on a 1200 Baud modem, to play on some Commodore 64.An age when community mattered as much as the game.
