Utopia has been on the internet under its current format since the spring of 1994. During that time weve grown larger and improved many aspects of the environment. A team of administrators, called Powers, led by Rucker runs Utopia. The other powers are: Chewie, Stumpy, Spokes, Dorn, Nightfall, Xena, Jasmine, Ironclyde, Godfather, and Thornrush.
